So my friend Lily, YouTube Lily Petals World got engaged and I'm so happy to share with you all. Lily is such an amazing, sexy, caring and wonderful mama and I'm so happy for her and Chris. They make an amazing pair and they are wonderful together. I just wanted to share the amazing news with you guys because it is amazing to share good news becaues it means yours is on the way. I have added a few pictures they shared on instagram here also.  We are wishing them a very beautiful, peaceful, abundant and lovely union.

I just love wonderful news.

MAMA STUFF AND SELF CARE

 

Good morning wonderful, amazing sweet and lovely people. Thanks for checking out my blog today. I am happy to post a blog today and share a bit of life with you today. Hopefully, you are inspired as usual.

So, I enjoy having a fun time with my kids and it is amazing! It is very important for moms to enjoy their time with their kids, loving them and playing with them. This is a form of therapy and quite frankly, it is the BEST therapy there's. Love heals ALL things!

I spent part of the weekend baking brownies with my Zozo and of course we filmed it. It was very fun baking with my girl.

Zozo enjoyed herself and ate most of the brownies too LOL. Le'Veon got a good bite too.

We have also decided on what to bake next and it is exciting!

OUR FAMILY HALLOWEEN FUN DAY

Good morning, wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. I hope you all had a great weekend. Today is an amazing day and I am so happy to bring a new blog your way. Happy new month and Welcome to Maryamsjoyfullife. Today is a beautiful day!

This past week was fun for me and my kids becasue there was a lot of trunk or treat events happeneing at the same time. The kids of course enjoyed dressing up in their costumes and going to these events. I have one problem right now, there's wayyy too much candy in the house and  I'm over here thinking about how to make sure they don't eat too much of these candies. 

Here are some pictures from the event. The kids had their faces painted for the first time. Zozo chose a Dolphin, Levy chose spiderman and I was already the cat.

 My favorite event the kids went to was the one that was hosted by Limitless church yesterday. We volunteered our truck and went by early. I forgot to get halloween decor for my truck but thnakfully, there was an amazing friends whom I met at the event who shared her decor with me. Sh ehad bought one too many for herself and had some to spare. I was truly grateful for her help. I also forgot to bring candy. Thankfully, one of our pastors had some to spare and that was how my butt was saved. 

The kids had a blast, I had a blast and everyone had a blast also!

MY FAVORITE JAMAICAN MAN GIVES LE'VEON A HAIR CUT

Today is a lovely day and I am so thankful for everyone of you. A few days ago, I took Le'Veon to my favorite Jamaican man's barbershop for a haircut. He is the best barber ever and I am so grateful that he gets to cut mine and Le'Veon's hair. He is available to cut your hair at Lovejoy, Ga Walmart. Just ask for Craig, the Jamaican barber. Have you ever felt left out? Have you ever felt like everyone else is catching a BIG break but you? Have you ever felt like life is unfair to you and you haven't done anything to deserve it? I mean, you're a good person; you don't cheat, lie or take what belongs to others, yet all the bad luck seems to find you.

Are you feeling powerless because EVERYTHING you've been advised to do, you've done BUT still, life remains the same. You're still broke, broken and sad. Well, you are in the right place. 

See, God doesn't withhold our good from us. In fact, the Bible tells us that when we ask, it is given unto us. However, we have to receive the gift we ask for actively. Here's what I have learned from personal experience. When you pray, you have to see yourself with the thing you ask for in prayer. You have to act like you are the person who already has those things and give thanks like all your prayers have been answered.

This type of mindset requires you to actively reject every thought and inner conversation that is condemning you. The answer to your prayers is done by God but you have to be RECEPTIVE. How can you be receptive? By rejecting thoughts of fear, anxiety, condemnation and resentment. You have to let go of the pain, in order to be free from it. Occupy your mind with the thoughts and imagination of the FINISHED WORK: The feeling of your prayers answered. 

Start affirming that you are now happy, joyful, abundant and the person you want to be. Declare that God has answered you and start acting like you're already living the life you've asked for in prayer. 

I do this on purpose now. I remind myself of whose and who I am. A child of God and Divine in nature. All things are mine by the promise of God. So, I go about giving thanks and affirming that God has already done it and IT IS DONE!

Try it and share your testimony with me when you receive your blessing.

THIS IS WHY YOU ARE STUCK

Good morning, Wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. I hope this blog meets you in great spirit. Today is a beautiful day and I am thankful for the opportunity to send you some love through my post.

So, why do you feel stuck? Why are you stuck? The reason you’re stuck. Have you ever felt stuck in life. Have you ever felt left behind. You know that feeling where everyone else seems to be doing better than you and have something exciting happening for them but you?

I believe everyone of us has felt that way. For most of us, it’s become a normal way of life but it shouldn’t be at all.

Feeling stuck has more to do with your psychological state than your physical state. Everything starts with the mind. When your mind is consumed with resentment and negativity, you won’t experience progress. It’s like cementing yourself in concrete in front of your house and expecting to sprint at the same time. You’re glued. There can’t be movement where the mind is consumed with resentment and unforgiveness and shame. My answer to you is LET GO! Release those part hurts and pain. Release the situation or person holding you back. Actually, you’re holding yourself back by harboring all that junk. LET IT GO!

Say this out loud “I forgive and let go of everything and everyone holding me back.!” Then jump up and stand in a superhero pose, with a smile on your face. Go for a walk. Call someone you care about and wish them well.

The act of letting go frees you from being stuck and opens you up to possibilities.
