I'M FEELING THANKFUL FOR GOD'S MERCY|| NADINE WEST CLOTHES

Hey guys. Thank you for stopping by today. I'm really in the mood to write and I'm loving it. Today is a beautiful day for me. Starting off my day with a long morning prayer to my God, is always a great start to my day. How do you start off your morning?
While I'm writing, am also fixing a few glitches in my mobile phone account and other things. Oh did I already say that I'm typing this post at my dining table, at our new place? Oh boy! I'm still very thankful and it's been almost 3 weeks since we moved. How great is the mercy and provision of God?! I still wake up dancing y'all. I don't know when the butterflies and celebration will faze out for me and to be honest, I'll hold on to it and remind myself daily, of how God miraculously provided for us.
What are you trusting God for today that seems impossible? Take it from me, He cares for you and wants to meet your EVERY need! Give all of your problems to Him and Only trust Him and He will do it for you, like He did for me.
Anyways, let's go into fashion talk. Nadine West is a fashion website and business that helps you shop and deliver it to your home. It's like having your own personal shopper but for half the time and a fraction of the budget. You pretty much won't break the bank for shopping. Here are a few pieces that they sent me. Enjoy!

I love this burnt orange top/dress paired with the greyish mixed with blackish tights. I would normally not go for this color but my personal stylists at Nadin West knew that it would work great for me and they sent it. My jewelries are also from Nadine West. These long drop earrings, leaf necklace and bracelet bring my style together and I love it. Do you like how I look? Run to NadineWest.com and fill out your style questionnaire and let the standby stylists do the rest! You can come back and thank me later 😊.

Thank you so much for stopping by wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely friend. I will see you on my next post.

XOXO

GOD CAME THROUGH WHEN EVERYONE TURNED THEIR BACKS

Hello wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. How are y'all doing today? I hope you're having an amazing day today and I hope you're not allowing anybody steal your joy... Today is a beautiful rainy day. I'm enjoying sitting in my couch (yes, I said my couch y'all 😊). God has done it for me and my family. He has given us our own place and we couldn't be more grateful. He showed up when all else failed.
It is public knowledge that I feed the homeless every month. Because of my work in the community and my commitment to meeting others' needs, I came to expect people to jump to my aide in my time of need but that was not the case. In fact, I experience more adversities and desertion when I have a desperate personal need.
But what I didn't know was God had a plan! Each time someone turned me down, God sent help through other means. He wanted me to know that my help comes from HIM ALONE! I'm very happy to announce that God didn't fail me! I learned during my recent adversity that God wants my attention on Him at ALL TIME!

I don't know what your heart desire is but I know if you trust God with it/them, HE will not fail you. Don't worry about how it will come about. Don't worry about a thing. Just trust HIM. I believe that if He did it for me, He can do it for you.

Thank you stopping by today. Please when you go to bed tonight, say a prayer of Thanksgiving for me.

MAKING DELICIOUS SMOOTHIES OUT OF LEMONS|| ft SHOP PINK MATERNITY

Hi guys. Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you're having a good day today. It's January 3, 2018 and I wanted to make it light and fun. I have decided to make delicious smoothies with the lemons that life has thrown at me. I have also decided to keep my smile and dance through adversities because I have tried sulking, resenting, and feeling sorry for myself but didn't like how they felt. Truth is Life can SUCK sometimes and things do go wrong, sometimes but through it all, when there's life, there is HOPE! This is my mentality now and I'm very INTENTIONAL and DECISIVE about it.
I chose to remove my rose-colored glasses and look at life for what it really is: A battle! While I have decided to keep fighting, I've also decided to do it with a BIG SMILE and with a flare of FASHIONABLE FUN!
Here are a few pictures from a photoshoot I did yesterday. Although it was very cold outside, my photographer/husband did an amazing job!

Pink Blush Maternity sent these gorgeous outfits to me:

This Red Flowy Blouse (Size L) is gorgeous and very figure flattering. I think you can dress it up or dress it down depending on what your need is. As a pregnant/expecting mama, comfort and support  are very important. This blouse provides both.

Pink Blush Maternity have a beautiful range of maternity clothes for women and they come in all sizes. Their plus size range is as fashionable as their regular sizes. If you're a plus size mama, you don't have to worry about choosing comfort over fashion. With Pink Blush Maternity, you can have both!
This Pink Maternity Dress (Size L) is simply beautiful and stretchy. It doesn't have a zipper on the back or a button but it's easy to slip on. It's one of my favorites.

This Green Maternity Dress is a keeper. Okay, I'm yet to get a shipment from Pink Blush Maternity that isn't a keeper 😀.

Here's a video I made from the experience. Remember to subscribe, like and comment. God bless you for reading...

MY HOMEMADE OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CEREAL RECIPE

Hello friends. Thanks for visiting my blog today. I'm so glad you stopped by to read my first recipe post today.
This recipe I'm about to share with you is borne out of experimentation. One would never truly know what hidden culinary talents lies within, until one dares to experiment in one's kitchen.

My oatmeal chocolate recipe has become one of my sweet baby's favorite foods and the "ONLY" cereal he would eat. Prior to my revolutionizing oatmeal cereal in my kitchen, I had tried to feed my baby cold cereal, dried cereal and all kinds of cereal that I could lay my hands but failed miserably! Although all of my previous attempts failed 🙁, I didn't let failure to discourage me from trying again.

Our breakthrough finally came when I made this warm chocolate cereal for him. It was like we had suddenly struck gold 😀... At least in my mind. The great thing about this recipe is that it's very high in fiber and can be eaten anytime of day.

What You Will Need:

  1. Quaker oats oatmeal
  2. Some milk chocolate chips/morsels
  3. Some honey
  4. some maple syrup
  5. Some whole or skimmed milk (anyone that works for you)
  6. Some water

Directions & Measurements

  • You will need a small size pot. (I cook mine on the stove top that's why having a pot is necessary.)
  • Add about 1/4 cup of water to the pot.
  • Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of your oatmeal to the water.
  • Stir to make sure the water level is just slightly above the oatmeal.
  • Turn on your stove at medium temperature, then place the pot on it.
  • Let it cook for about 5 mins covered. Make sure to reduce heat if it starts bubbling up.
  • Next, add a tablespoon of small milk chocolate morsels to the content.
  • Stir until the chocolate morsels melt and mix up with the oatmeal content.
  • At this point, turn off the stove and empty content of pot into a small plastic or ceramic bowl.
  • Then proceed to add about 2 tablespoons of milk, 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 1/2 teaspoons of maple syrup.
  • Stir until content is mixed up into one delicious bowl of pudding and let sit for 2 mins before serving to your sweet baby.

That's it y'all. It's as easy as easy can be 😬😬😬. If you're looking for a new oatmeal recipe, don't hesitate to give mine a try.

'Cos you just might love it as much as my sweet baby does.
Can you tell from this empty bowl? 😬😬😬😬😬

If you give this recipe a try, I would love to hear about your experience; how you liked or hated it. Make sure to leave me a comment and I'll be sure to respond to you. Until next time.
Laters friends!

xoxo
