ARASH VOSSOUGHI MILLIONAIRE MINDSET MORNING AND EVENING ROUTINE

What's up everybody, thank you for checking out my blog today. Today is a beautiful day and I am very excited to be posting this blog today. I believe today's post will inspire everyone.

In today's blog, I would like to share Millionaire mindset coach Arash Vossoughi's morning and evening routines. Arash is the founder and CEO of Voss Coaching Co. He was personally mentored by the greatest Prosperity teacher ever; late Bob Proctor. I have been following Arash for years and I consider him ny coach and I do intend to enrol for his mentorship soon but in the mean time, I wanted to share some valuable lessons I learned from his latest Podcast: 7 Figure Standard with you.

Arash is believer of how you start your day is how you end your day. He gives very valuable tips that can help anyone raise their standards and live the life they have always dreamed of.

Morning Routine

1. Think about your goal. Arash advises everyone to think about their goal when they wake up first thing in the morning. He said the subsconcious mind, which is responsible for 95% of our results is more receptive to work on our goals when we think about them within five minutes of waking up.

2. Gratitude. Think about 5 to 10 things you are grateful for and feel the gratitude.

3. He exercises. He said he would walk his dog for 30 minutes and get some exercise while he does it.

4. I Am statements. He said he would say out loud 10 to 20 I Am statements because whatever we place after the sentence IAM, we become. For example: I AM HAPPY, HEALTHY AND WEALTHY AND I LOVE IT!

5. Affirmations of your goals. Arash advises us to say our goals in the present tense as though we have already achieved them.

6. Study. He said to focus on 3-5 paragraphs about an area we want to improve on, in a book that covers that topic. He said to study it until it becomes a part of us.

Arash also advised that as we grow, our processes will have to change. He said to upgrade our disciplines and processes as they become part of our nature.

Evening Routine

1. Arash advises us to ask ourselves questions after the work day. Questions like: Did I act like the person I wanted to become today?

2. Did I behave like that person? He further explains that the evening routine keeps us accountable so we don't drift from our goals.

3. He said we should write out 3 to 4 goal achieving activities  in the present tense that we intend to carryout the next day, as though it is already done.

4. Lastly, he said 3 mins before we fall asleep, we should affirm our goals in the present tense and feel like we already achieved them.

Here's the video for more tips about Arash's morning and evening routine:

I hope this inspires you.

MY FIRST NOT SO JEWISH SABBATH CELEBRATION

Hello every, thank you for checking out my blog today. I am so excited to be writing today.

Hope you and your family are well? It is summer and June is almost done. I am wishing you all the best the rest of the month and beyond has to offer.

In today's blog; I want to share my experience at my first Sabbath Celebration, a few weeks back.

Prior to attending the Sabbath celebration, I was under the impression that I was going to a Jewish party and we were going to sing Jewish songs, dance to Jewish music and eat Jewish foods. Because I was so excited for the new experience, I spent a few days telling the kids about it and what to expect. While the kids and I were looking forward to a Jewish celebration, our actual experience was nothing Jewish but we still had a great time.

My friend Kesha goes to a church where they have home meetups at certain times in each month and they call it Sabbath Celebration. When she invited us to her home for the Sabbath Celebration, I totally assumed it had something to do with Jewish tradition. When we went, though it wasn't at all what the kids and I had expected, we still had a blast at our not-so-Jewish Sabbath Celebration. Though there were no Jewish foods in sight, my friend made the best Mexican food we could have hoped for. She even made sure there was peanut butter jelly sandwich for Le'Veon. Kesha is a great host and we definitely had a blast. Kesha introduced us to her brother and friends. I'm glad to say we made some new friends on our not-so Jewish Sabbath Celebration.

I enjoy making new friends and eating at their homes. Food is such a great part of my life and I enjoy trying foods from different cultures. I promised Kesha that on her next Sabbath Celebration, I would bring some Jewish foods. She actually invited us this past week but we couldn't make it because we had made other plans. But I still stand by my word that on our next Sabbath Celebration with Kesha and her family, I will bring some Jewish food so we can have somewhat Jewish Sabbath experience.

Here's the link to the video of our experience;

Have a great day!

Coach C runs a wonderful order to-go restaurant at a Chevron gas station complex and you MUST try his food.  The kids and I had the privilige to try Coach C's cookign and my God! We were so blown away! His food is the kind you get at a high-end Sports Bar and I'm not kidding. The flavors of his burgers, fries, wings and hot dogs are AMAZING!

I had the opportunity to taste everything on his menu and I was not disappointed.

Watch the video for a more personal experience of our time at the restaurant.

You live in the area and would like to try Coach C's masterpiece? Call him ahead of time 678-420-8684; every item on the menu is $5 before tax. if you purchased a box, taxes are $.40 cents.

I had a great time watching coach navigate his restaurant, masterfully and it was amazing! Here are a few pictures I took of coach creating his masterpiece; please enjoy. I have also included a link to the video review I did.

I know that some of you may be interested in finding out which food was my favorite. Without beating around the bush, everything is amazing but I have to say the veggie burger. I have never tasted a veggie burger before and his didn't disappoint. It was tasty and delicious. I like meat and it didn't feel like I was missing out when I ate the trukey burger.

Jerk Caribbean Wings! MMM

It was like watching art, seeing Coach C in his element at his restaurant.

Coach has mastered the art of multi tasking... He fulfilled customers orders while fulfilling our orders.
Coach C's menu
Coach exudes so much joy while cooking.

The fries were perfect and made just right!

There's something about Coach C's flavors and I think it may have a lot to do with his Afro-Caribbean background and ancestry. You must check him out.

Coach's restaurant has become like a key component of the community and that is awesome!

Thank you Coach C, for the opportunity to review your restaurant and menu.

Six Tips for Making Healthy Meals the Whole Family Can Enjoy|| Marlene

Happy new month everyone. Welcome to Maryamsjoyfullife! It is a beautiful day indeed because I had the inspiration to start collaborating with guest writers. In today's post, we have an amazing guest writer by the name Marlene from hiringhelp.com, sharing some valuable living tips with us. Please enjoy!

Six Tips for Making Healthy Meals the Whole Family Can Enjoy

In the typical American family, either both parents work, or in many families separated by

divorce, single parents are raising the kids. They come home from work and haven’t seen the

kids since early in the morning, and no one has the energy to cook. But eating healthy doesn’t

have to be difficult and it will help you get through the days so you can concentrate on the things

that matter.

picture from eatingwell.com

It’s tempting to hit the drive-thru several times per week, but as part of an overall effort to make

smarter choices regarding your overall well being, eating healthy is important and good eating

habits can be developed without too much effort. Maryam's Joyful Life shares six tips to help

you prepare nutritious meals that everyone will enjoy.

1. Healthy Eating Starts in the Kitchen

The easiest way to ensure that your family eats healthily is by preparing meals yourself. When

you sit down at a restaurant, all you know for sure is that it tastes good. It’s best to eat at home.

One way to overcome some of the drudgery of cooking day after day is to not skimp on

cookware. When you use the best cookware you feel special. And you’ll feel even more special

after dinner because it will be easier to clean.

As you become more experienced preparing meals at home, you may want to consider making

upgrades to your kitchen. A modernized kitchen can be especially attractive to buyers if you

plan on selling your home.

2. Introduce Salads Into Your Meals

A great way to reduce the number of calories your family eats, while adding more nutritional

value and keeping the meal filling, is to include a salad with lunch and dinner. By using healthy

greens, mixed with other veggies, fruits, or nuts, you feel less hungry when you begin the main

course. You can grow your own herbs and lettuces all year round with an indoor garden.

During the warmer months, an outdoor garden can be a constant source of cheap organic

greens. If you don’t want to share with wildlife, consider fencing in your garden for less than

what building raised beds would cost. Average labor costs are $30–$50 per hour according to

Inch Calculator, while wooden fencing is $16 per foot and chain link is $13 per foot. Your plants

will thank you.

3. Skip Out On Red Meats

Not all proteins are equal and some foods are known to put your health at a higher risk than

others. Recent studies cited on Prevention.com have shown that regularly eating red meats can

lead to a higher risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. If you can’t quit red meat

altogether, it’s okay in moderation. Otherwise, try to prepare your meals with chicken or fish, or

with vegetable proteins like peanuts or tofu.

Having an outdoor grill or range is a great option for preparing your meats of choice. You can

even add a range hood, a table, and some seating to make a great spot outside for sharing

meals and entertaining. Things just taste better straight off the grill.

4. Replace Carbs with Veggies

Not all carbohydrates are bad, but some are definitely better for you than others. When you

make pasta or a rice-based dish, you are adding lots of calories. You can give your meals a

healthier base by switching to veggies instead. Vegetables such as squash or zucchini can

serve as a substitute for a wide range of foods, giving meals more nutritional value while also

cutting back on carbohydrates.

5. Make Fruits Your New Treat

After dinner, your family will be pining for something cold and sweet to eat as a treat. Of course,

you can’t have sweet treats without consuming foods laden with calories and sugar, right? Well,

not all desserts come with a high-calorie count. The secret is to stick to fruit.

Smoothies are easy to make and can be made from just a handful of your favorite fruits. Add a

dollop of vanilla yogurt to chopped strawberries and you have an incredible dessert on your

hands. Even eating fruit on its own can make a delicious treat the whole family can enjoy.

6. Drink Plenty of Water

It’s vital to stay properly hydrated to effectively deal with the summer heat, but consuming a lot

of caffeine can make that more difficult for your body. Be mindful of the amount of caffeine you

consume each day. It can show up in surprising sources, such as Sunkist orange soda. If you

notice that you’re becoming dehydrated, try replacing some caffeinated beverages with water.

You don’t have to be a professional chef to prepare incredible meals. You don’t need to be a

health guru to provide your family with food that has high nutritional value. With these tips in

mind, it’s time to get in the kitchen and start cooking.
