A MUST TRY BREATH TECHNIQUE TO STOP RACING MIND

 


Good morning, wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. Thank you for checking out my blog today. Today is a beautiful day and it is a blessing to be sharing a blog with you today.

Fot most people, the weekend is a time of rest from the week's hussle but for others, it is still a work week. To whichever group you belong, I wanted to encourage you to remember to have fun today. Don't let your mind be distracted by the work you have not yet done. Just enjoy the moment and let your mind be in the present.

I have read many self-help books and one thing they all agree on is to fully live, you have to enjoy each moment without too much focus on what is past or what is in the future. For me, it was a struggle learning how to just stay in the present but not anymore. I have been practicing the presence for a while now and see that it is becoming easire for me to just be in the now without too much focus on the past and future.

The fastest way that gets me in the presence is breathing and focussing on my breath. I just sit down and count my breath. Taking deep conscious breath does help calm your mind and keep it in the presence. You can start with a cycle of seven deep breaths. You can focus on your nostrils or crown of your head while doing the breathing exercise. It works wonders, I promise.
